8th Annual West Chester Collegiate Classic Directions to Pitches

To north campus pitch, Field' #1

FROM PHILA: Take the Schuylkill Expressway (76 West) to Rt. 202 south toward West Chester. Take 202 south approx. 12 miles into West Chester. Take Matlack St. exit, (1st light) and bear right. Pitches are ½ mile on left. Park in industrial park on right across from pitch..

FROM SOUTH: Take 95 north to 202 north (Concord Pike). Follow signs for 202 north, West Chester. You will pass intersections with Rt 1 and then Rt 926. Just outside of West Chester, 202 north bears to the right. Do not exit. Stay straight and go under the overpass and follow Business Rt. 322 W. Stay straight thru light and pass the Wa Wa and La Tolteca. After ¼ mile, you will see Texaco on left. Directly across the street you will enter the parking lot on your right. Go as far to the right side of parking lot as possible. Pitches are in front of you on the hill. Park as far across parking lot on right as you can.  Field access is along road on opposite side of parking lot.

FROM WEST: Take the PA Turnpike East to Exit 23- Downingtown. After toll, stay straight, you will end up on Rt. 100 south. Follow Rt. 100 south through Exton and pass Rt. 30 and then the Rt 30 bypass. Just after the Rt 30 bypass, you will see a sign for West Chester Rt 100 south bear right. DO NOT GO THAT WAY !! Stay straight and you will be put onto Rt. 202 south after @ 3 miles. Once on 202 south, proceed to Matlack St. exit (1st light). Bear right, pitches are ½ mile on left. Park in industrial center on right across from pitch..

FROM NORTH:

PA NORTHEAST EXTENSION: Take NE extension (Rt 476 S) to the PA turnpike West. ** Follow directions below.

Rt 95: Take 95 south to Rt 1 south which is just south of the NJ State line. Follow Rt 1 south to PA Turnpike. Take Pa Turnpike West.

** For both: Follow PA Turnpike West to exit 24- Valley Forge. After toll, get on 202 south toward West Chester. Take 202 south approx. 12 miles into West Chester. Take Matlack St. exit, (1st light) and bear right. Pitches are ½ mile on left. Park in industrial center on right across from pitch..

To MAIN/SIGN IN Fields:  South Campus Pitches: ( Fields 4,5 ) Follow directions to main pitches but continue on Matlack St. to stop sign. Make a left onto Rosedale Ave. Continue on Rosedale Ave. through 1st light (High St.) and proceed through a stop sign to the 2nd light (New St.). Make a left on New St. and continue approx. ¾ mile and you will see pitches on left and right.

To Fields 2 & 3:  Continue past fields 4 & 5.  You will travel down a slight hill and you will see the Sports Center on your left.  Make a left into the sports center parking lot and make your way to the rear of the building.  Fields 2 and 3 are just down the embankment from the rear of the sports center.
