Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity was established in February of 1916. The Alpha Epsilon chapter was founded in 1988 at West Chester University. The Fraternity is built on a tripod of three ideals: scholarship, leadership, and fellowship. At this site, you will find information about these ideals and about the Fraternity.
