WCU ended their post-championship season with a disappointing
MACVC tourney. We came out strong forcing a 3rd game with
Temple but lost a 3rd game in overtime 16-18. After that
Shippensburg and Lehigh both took advantage of WCU's tough
Temple loss and each match went 0-2. We look to rebound
next year and make another run at the championship. ' See you on the sand....

| WCU lost its opening match of the year to Kutztown University. It was a well played tough match for both teams. It the end KU's serving won the day. | |

WCU Rams - GOLDEN! 2005 MACVC CHAMPIONS! Tournament Bracket Summary On April 9, 2005 WCUMVB won a thrilling tournament to become the 2005 MACVC Champion. The tournament was held at DeSales University, and it is the 13th year for the MACVC (Middle Atlantic Collegiate Volleyball Conference). WCU joined the MACVC in 1996 when the AMIV merged into the MACVC. In the first year, 1996, the Golden Rams went to the championship final only to lose to Messiah College. Until now, WCU had not returned to the final. |
