Skip arrived at West Chester University in April, 1992 as the Director of Multicultural Affairs, from the University at Albany (SUNY) where he had held a similar position for four years. A native of Delaware, he is a 1978 graduate of Salisbury  University in Maryland, and a product of the Student Personnel in Higher Education graduate program at The Ohio State University. At WCU he serves on many different universitywide committees including the Enrollment Management Advisory Committee and the Campus Climate Intervention Team, and is the faculty advisor to the Black Student Union. Along with his wife and three children, he resides in his hometown of Greenwood, Delaware.
