Why on the board-To expand my leadership skills beyond measurements to which I wish to uphold and to not only empower and inspire others, but also myself. If I can not first be my own strength to push myself beyond my limits then who else will. Taking the lead of a union to help empower minorities on this campus and others is an inspiration in itself; that is why I am on board!
