Description: The Off-campus and Commuter Association's primary goal is to represent and serve all undergraduate students residing off campus. OCCA represents the largest segment of the West Chester University community, approximately 7,000 students, more than 70 percent of the undergraduate population.
The diversity of the students comprising OCCA nearly rivals its size. This group includes students living miles away to those living just around the block, traditional 18–22 year olds, to senior citizens. As an undergraduate off-campus student, you are already a member of the OCCA.
OCCA provides many services which include annual scholarships, auto repair equipment, housing fairs, and free legal counsel. Come to our office for more information about these and the many other services available.
The success of this organization depends on you! We hope that you take advantage of our services and participate in our social events. Office hours and meeting times are posted on the door of 219 Sykes Union.
