Description: The purpose of LEAD is to provide students with the opportunity to provide quality workshops, seminars, and conferences for West Chester University student organizations, and their student members. In achieving that purpose, the members of LEAD will prepare students and its own members to work collaboratively with the leadership of other organizations, particularly in providing consultation services and training opportunities for organizations.
