Description: The Media Advisory Board was established to address issues with WCU media organizations and members of the campus community. In addition to serving as a means of information sharing and mutual support among the various media organizations, the board’s purpose is to serve as a forum for discussion of issues and problems affecting student media organizations and to recommend solutions. The board also reviews complaints about the performance of student media, protects the First Amendment rights of student media, and makes student media personnel aware of their responsibilities to the campus community.
