Description: The Anthropology Club helps supplement interest in all areas of anthropology: physical anthropology, archaeology, and culture studies in general. Each year the Anthropology Club Speaker Series presents outstanding professionals from all over the country. This series has been noted as among the top three undergraduate programs on the East Coast. The Area Seminar in Ongoing Research is an annual event that brings together anthropologists from various colleges and universities who are interested specifically in research. Internships at several museums and societies across the state, as well as a program in medical anthropology have been designed and implemented by club members.
