Program #1 - What is Leadership
(September 24-30, 2006)
In this session, you will identify your personal leadership style and how it can benefit your organization. You will be given three specific inventories that will be used throughout the series and learn about the Co-Curricular Portfolio program and how it can benefit you and your organization.

Program #2 - Myers-Briggs
(October 23-27, 2006)
This session will focus on the results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which will show your personality type. Development of your personal vision and that of your executive board for your organization will take place during the session. Planning for the year and the creation of mission statements will also play a key role.

Program #3 - Conflict
(November 27-December 1, 2006)
Problem solving in the name of the game in this session that focuses on conflict. Topic covered will include why conflict can be good within an organization and the need for concensus among executive board members.

Discussion will focus on delegation and how to bring back members who are no longer active within your organization.
