In this session, you will identify your personal
leadership style and how it can benefit your organization. You will be
given three specific inventories that will be used throughout the series
and learn about the Co-Curricular Portfolio program and how it can benefit
you and your organization.

Program #2 - Myers-Briggs
(October 23-27, 2006)
This session will focus on the results of the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator which will show your personality type. Development of
your personal vision and that of your executive board for your organization
will take place during the session. Planning
for
the
year and the creation of mission statements will also play
a key role.

that focuses on conflict.
