Banana Day 2004
The 8th Anniversary of Banana Day went extremely
well. After months of planning the Banana Committee met one more time the day
before to add the final touches. People once again did just about anything to
get T-shirts and prizes! From running around campus, to imitating gorillas, to
writing/reading poems, and singing songs!!
Special thanks to our Mascots Mike Weaver, Ray Smith, Tony Maalouf, our very
reliable "Banana Truck" Kevin Hansbury, Steven Vescovich, Karen
Arnold, "Anna Banana", and the many volunteers who helped make
this another successful year! (More pictures coming out soon!)

Festivities began a bit earlier this year with the RHA Spring Gala where our mascots made a special appearance and then visited the Honor Students Tea Party!
And then Banana Day arrived! Under threats of rain, the committee woke up to find the sun all ready to help celebrate! The mascots stopped by many offices around campus, and the Children's Center!
